Our Returns Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Southern Marsh purchase. If you’re not happy, we’ll gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
For a successful return, items must:
- Be in original, unworn condition
- Have all tags still attached
- Be in the original packaging
- Not show any signs of wear or damage
How to Return
Simple 3-step process:
- Log in to your account at southernmarshshop.com/returns
- Complete the return request form
- Print your prepaid return label (US only)
Refund Processing
- Allow 5-7 business days for us to receive your return
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- $7.95 return processing fee applies
Exchanges
We currently offer:
- Size exchanges (subject to availability)
- Color exchanges (subject to availability)
- Store credit for alternative selections
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S.:
- Responsible for return shipping costs
- Must include all customs paperwork
- Should use trackable shipping method
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Personalized/custom products
- Gift cards
- Worn or altered merchandise
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund
Return Shipping
- US customers: prepaid label provided
- International customers: responsible for return costs
